Transportation, errands, and everyday help handled with care and intention.
Two Thirds Planning was created for a simple reason:
I’ve seen what good care looks like, and I’ve seen what happens when it’s missing.
My grandmother was always there when I needed her. She was steady, patient, and practical — the kind of person who showed up without making things complicated. I learned a lot from her about responsibility, consistency, and treating people with dignity, especially as they age.
Later in life, I experienced firsthand how difficult it can be for families to navigate aging, illness, and end-of-life care. I also observed the support systems around close family members and saw how often care was rushed, impersonal, or disconnected from what people actually needed day to day.
Two Thirds Planning exists as a response to that.
The name comes from a principle I learned during my military service: when you spend more time planning and preparing, execution becomes calmer, safer, and more reliable. I apply that same mindset here. Thoughtful preparation, clear boundaries, and showing up with intention reduce stress and help prevent small problems from becoming crises.
This is non-medical, practical support — the kind of help a trusted family member or close friend would provide. Transportation, errands, accompaniment, and everyday assistance done with patience and respect.
At its core, Two Thirds Planning is about dignity. It’s about slowing things down, paying attention, and making sure people feel supported rather than managed.
This work is personal to me, and it’s done with care.

At Two Thirds Planning, we believe no one should feel alone navigating everyday life.
Not everyone has nearby family, available support, or someone who can reliably show up when small things start to feel heavy. Our role is to provide steady, thoughtful presence — the kind of practical support that helps people feel seen, respected, and supported.
We don’t rush. We listen first. We take time to understand routines, preferences, and what matters most, so support feels familiar rather than disruptive.
Our work is non-medical and intentionally simple: transportation, errands, accompaniment, and everyday help — offered with patience, consistency, and care. We aim to be a dependable extension of support, not a replacement for independence.
When planning comes first and support is thoughtful, daily life stays calmer — and dignity stays intact.
Above all, we believe support should feel human — steady, respectful, and genuinely caring.

Two Thirds Planning is built by people who live here and show up for one another.
Between us, there are several decades of military service represented — not just from the founder, but from a close-knit group of neighbors and households who help make this work possible. Different roles, different backgrounds, different chapters of life — but a shared understanding of responsibility, reliability, and looking out for the people around us.
This isn’t a large operation, and it’s not meant to be. The work is personal by design. Familiar faces. Consistent presence. Support that doesn’t change week to week or feel transactional.
The mindset behind Two Thirds Planning comes from years of service and leadership, but it shows up now in quieter ways — being on time, planning ahead, following through, and treating people with respect. The same values that mattered in uniform matter here: accountability, patience, and doing the job the right way.
We serve seniors and families who may not have nearby relatives, reliable help, or someone who can consistently step in when needed. Sometimes that support looks like transportation or errands. Sometimes it’s help around the house or simply spending time together. The goal is never to take over — it’s to support independence and make daily life feel steadier.
Rooted in the community and now based in El Paso, Two Thirds Planning reflects the values of the places and people that shaped us. As the company grows, the intent is to stay small, intentional, and community-centered, bringing in people who understand responsibility, service, and quiet professionalism.
At the end of the day, this isn’t about titles or credentials.
It’s about trust, consistency, and being there when people need it.
Every relationship starts with an in-person conversation.
We begin by meeting you or your loved one where you are — at home, over coffee, or during a short walk — to understand needs, routines, and preferences. This initial meeting helps us plan thoughtful, practical support without rushing or assumptions.

This service is being developed to support seniors who want to stay active in simple, safe ways. Accompanied walks and light movement help encourage routine, confidence, and connection — without pressure or intensity.
This will be a non-medical, one-on-one service focused on comfort, pacing, and companionship. Availability and details will be shared once the service is ready.
We don’t operate from a storefront. Instead, we meet clients where they are — at home or in the community — for initial visits and ongoing support. Scheduling is by appointment.
